Imagine if you we could predict when patients became seriously unwell. Your GP or health care provider might be able to intervene before the condition became serious.

We are not in a position where we can predict the future but Artificial Intelligence technology is helping in the field of medicine to identify the risk of patient becoming unwell with long-term conditions.

Information on your clinical record [medical / prescription history and personal details] will be used to help your GP identify patients who may be at risk of developing chronic illness or better manage those already diagnosed with a condition and help you live a healthier life.

Your data will not be shared with any third party other than shown below and will be kept secure at all times.

If you’re an employer, there are many reasons to look after the health of your workforce. 

It goes without saying that you should always care about the people who work for you. But healthy staff members are also more motivated, recover from sickness quicker and are at less risk of long-term illness. And that can only be good for business. 

With this in mind, Access Health is working with employers across the county to provide free NHS Health Checks for eligible staff. 

It’s like a free health MOT, which can detect potential health problems before they do real damage. They may even save your life. For instance, even if you’re on the verge of a stroke, you may not feel ill at all - that’s why it’s called the silent killer. 

Checks are for people aged between 40 and 73, who don’t currently have a diagnosis of heart disease, diabetes, kidney disease, stroke or dementia.
